1. Services
Blu Art provides art curation, installation, and international e-commerce services for private collectors, businesses, and artists. Services may include exhibition curation, artwork selection, installation, packaging, and shipping coordination.
2. Artwork Sales
All artworks sold through Blu Art are offered as described and are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Blu Art reserves the right to adjust prices and availability at any time without notice.
3. Payments
Full payment for artworks, curation, installation, and shipping is required prior to release or shipment of any item. Payment must be made through approved methods specified by Blu Art.
All payments are non-refundable.
4. Shipping Policy
Blu Art will obtain a shipping estimate after purchase. Buyers are responsible for paying all shipping and insurance costs before the artwork is dispatched.
Packing is typically completed within 48 hours after payment. UPS is our preferred carrier, though Blu Art may use other reputable carriers as needed.
Blu Art is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers. Insurance is available upon request at the Buyer’s expense.
5. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Blu Art does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt and contact the carrier directly for any damage claims.
6. Artist Consignments and Representation
Artists using Blu Art for online sales or exhibitions retain full ownership of their artworks until sold. Blu Art acts as an intermediary and may charge a commission as outlined in separate consignment or representation agreements.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Blu Art’s website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Blu Art or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blu Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of its services, website, or products, including but not limited to shipping issues, display damage, or third-party carrier delays.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork or service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
